Listings in the Ohio Arts Council’s Festival Directory were compiled in fall 2019 before the coronavirus outbreak, based on information supplied by proprietors and promoters of the individual festivals and competitions. It is likely that many events and festivals for spring or summer 2020 have been cancelled or postponed.
