When using this resource, please be mindful that, starting in March 2020, the DeWine Administration issued multiple orders and directives to prohibit mass gatherings, including many types of events and festivals, in order to limit and slow the spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19). Listings in the Ohio Arts Council’s Festival Directory were compiled in fall 2019 before the coronavirus outbreak, based on information supplied by proprietors and promoters of the individual festivals and competitions. It is likely that many events and festivals for spring or summer 2020 have been cancelled or postponed.

As noted in the online and print festival directory, the OAC is not responsible for the accuracy of this information. Information may be subject to change. Prior to traveling, please confirm dates and locations of festivals by visiting the festival’s website or contacting the organizer listed in the directory, and please be mindful of the state’s efforts to limit spread of the coronavirus.
