The Putnam County Arts Festival is an event highlighting students from all nine school districts in Putnam County.  One portion of the festival highlights the visual arts with an open art show from 1-4 p.m. While the main feature of the art show includes pieces from students in grades 9-12, there are also areas showcasing middle school and elementary school students' work.
