The fourth annual Martins Ferry Winterfest, held Friday, Nov. 27 from 2-10 p.m. and Saturday, Nov. 28 from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m., will feature craft and food vendors, a beer garden, tree lighting, annual Christmas parade, jingle bell run, tournaments, and live music featuring the Move Makers and others.
