More than 70 vendors will participate in the BAYarts Art and Music Festival this year with local handmade items, local food, wellness, kids’ art, and, of course, beautiful music, courtesy of Rey Cintron’s Rice and Beans band. The event is rain or shine! Free admission and parking. Dogs on a leash are welcome.
